General Export Conditions
Export of the product within the European Union is permitted without special authorization. Exports to third countries must comply with applicable national and international export control regulations. This applies in particular to the EU Dual-Use Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/821) and the corresponding regulations of other jurisdictions (e.g., the US Export Administration Regulations – EAR).
Dual-use and licensing requirements
Although the product is not generally classified as a classic dual-use good, a permit may be required in individual cases if the product is intended for or exported to certain military or security-related purposes. This applies in particular to:
